These terms cover your use of Cruvo. By signing up for a plan you agree to them.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, or yearly if you choose to prepay (20% off). There is no setup fee and no contract: cancel any time and access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Add-ons are prorated. Sales tax may apply.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you cancel within 30 days of your first plan payment, we refund what you paid for your plan in those 30 days. To ask for it, call (302) 394-6935 or write to Cruvo, 651 North Broad Street, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your domain stays yours either way.

Never Miss a Job free trial

Never Miss a Job ($199/mo) is free for the first 14 days, once per business. Cancel it in your app before day 14 and you pay nothing for it. If you keep it, it's billed monthly with your plan from the end of the trial until you cancel it.

Never Miss a Job guarantee

Every call answered, or that month of Never Miss a Job is free. If a call to your business number goes unanswered (neither you nor the AI receptionist picks up) during a month you paid for Never Miss a Job, tell us within 30 days and we refund that month's Never Miss a Job fee. It doesn't cover calls that never reach your business number, for example while call forwarding on your own phone is switched off.

Messaging rules

You may only message customers who contacted you or gave you their number for a job. You must not ask for reviews in exchange for anything, or only ask happy customers. STOP requests are honored automatically.

No ranking guarantees

We don't guarantee rankings, AI-assistant mentions or lead volume.

Payments (text-to-pay)

Payments from your customers are processed by Stripe on your own Stripe account. We take no fee on these payments; Stripe charges you its card fees directly.
